The Nasoni Glassware Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Nasoni Glassware (the "Physical Goods"). The Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Nasoni Glassware is two years from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement or whichever is longer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem or damage not related to defects in material or workmanship. The Limited Warranty does not cover any damages that occur during shipping. Replacements for items damage during shipping must be requested via Amazon or the shipping carrier.

Customers must register their purchase via our warranty registration form located at the bottom of this page. Once purchase is verified, customers will receive a warranty certificate via email. Please keep this certificate in your records in case you need to file a warranty claim.

To request warranty service, contact us by email at hello@nasoniglassware.com. In the email, include the warranty certificate. Please describe the issue and provide any images if possible. Based on your situation, we will determine the most appropriate solution for your request.

During the Warranty Period, at no charge to the customer, Nasoni Glassware will replace products or sets that meet the warranty criteria.
